Dear Parents/Guardians,

All too soon we have come to the end of yet another term, and I want to say thank you to those parents who keep supporting and encouraging us just because their children are being cared for by us. Bravo to all the parents who have paid all their bills for the term and in advance. Nevertheless, we are encouraging others to do same or pay 70% by or before the mid-term. Don’t hesitate to let management know in advance if you have any issue with payments so a payment plan could be made for you.

School Uniforms
All parents must ensure that their children come to school wearing the appropriate uniforms. P.E. kits are not to be worn to school. They are strictly to be worn for P.E. activities and not as Friday wear. Please replace all worn-out and faded uniforms for your wards.

There is going to be an excursion for all Basic 4, 5, and 6 students next term. Their curriculum requires that they visit some historical sites as part of their project work in History. The sites to be visited, as well as the costs, will be communicated to parents when school resumes.

Projects and Homework
Staff is working hard to make sure basic students become academically excellent students. We therefore need the support of you parents to achieve this goal. Hence, we encourage parents to abide by all the discussions and agreements made with them at the PTA meeting. Every student has been sent home with a project so please ensure that the student completes their work before they return to school. Basic 4, 5, and 6 students who return to school without completing their work will face the consequences.

Feeding Fee and Transportation Fares
Due to the continuous economic hardships in the country, the Feeding Fee is now Ghc 6.00, Bus Fare is Ghc 6.00 for those in Ashongman, and Ghc 8 for those in Abokobi for a round trip. Please bear with us as we are all trying to manage and keep the school running.

Extracurricular Activities
We have not given up on the running of UCMAS and Robotics in the school. We are therefore encouraging parents to pay so we can start these programs next term.

School Website
Please don’t forget to occasionally visit our website. We shall be posting important news and activities there. The address is

Finally, we would like to wish all a safe and healthy Easter break. The next term begins Tuesday, 10th May 2022.

Kind Regards,
Naa Arduah Ankrah Adam,
